My journey began in the classroom, where the seeds of my passion for education were planted. Years of teaching, learning and leading revealed a common thread – a deep desire to see my colleagues thrive and institutions flourish. This journey, filled with countless experiences and invaluable lessons, shaped the vision that guides me today.
As an Accomplished Education and Leadership Consultant, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside educators and leaders, helping them unlock their fullest potential. My story is intertwined with theirs, each step a testament to the transformative power of effective leadership and innovative education.

my story?
Let me inspire you
At the start of my career, I was a young man fueled by motivation and energy, ready to take on the world. My zeal and youthful exuberance were quickly put to the test by challenges that seemed determined to derail my journey. One of the biggest obstacles came in the form of a boss who, for reasons I could never quite understand, despised me. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to make sense to her. At one point, she even assured me that I would be sacked, claiming I was’t contributing anything positive to the institution.
Her harsh words and actions deeply frustrated me and made me question my own abilities. It was a challenging time, but thankfully, a few key people saw something in me that she didn’t. They helped me find my footing. With their support and encouragement, I persevered. Several years later, I became the boss, a role that allowed me to truly make a positive difference.
My passion for testing my abilities and expanding my horizons led me on several learning journeys. I earned a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate and acquired various other computer certifications. My thirst for knowledge took me to the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, where I completed a one-year Professional Development Certificate (PDC) programme, with action research in Creative Writing. I then pursued an online study on Leadership with Emotional Intelligence, an offering of the Case Western Reserve University, guided by the Distinguished Professor Richard Boyatzis. This programme covered, among others, Resonant Leadership and the Neuroscience Behind It, Intentional Change Theory (ICT), and Coaching with Compassion to Inspire Sustainable Change.
In addition to being an Accomplished Educator, I have also ventured into the digital world as a Digital Consultant, specializing in digital marketing, website creation, and SEO optimization. But that’s not all—I’m also a Music Director with a music certification. My love for music began in childhood when I played the piano in the children’s choir, and I still find joy in singing and playing hymns.
These achievements are just the beginning. I’m still on this journey, constantly learning and growing. My story is a testament to the idea that there is nothing you cannot achieve if you set your mind to it. The only limits that exist are the ones you place on yourself.

Family
Family is the cornerstone of my life, providing the unwavering support and encouragement that fuels my journey. I am truly blessed with a beautiful and loving wife, Pharm Dorcas. Her strength and wisdom are a constant source of inspiration for me. Together, we have been blessed with our son, who is already dreaming big and striving to surpass our achievements.
